[SeaBIOS] [PATCH] Detect latest FC12 gcc -combine breakage

It looks like the latest FC12 compiler has broken the "-combine" flag
in a slightly different way.  This patch updates the test case to make
sure the build still doesn't try to use it.

I've already committed this change (and also pushed my queue of
patches).
