Thanks Jonathan,

I've seen an occasional timeout as well.  However, it works more times
than not for me.

I got a report last month that:

    pipe->qh.token = QTD_STS_HALT;

in ehci_control() causes controller crashes.  Maybe this is impacting
your chipset as well?
