I haven't tested (yet), but from reading the patches it looks like they 
will fix my USB MSC problem, so the TEST_UNIT_READY patch from me 
shouldn't be needed any longer.

So the only patch i would like to get in is the USB Multi-LUN patch. I 
can respin that patch based on Paolo's work if you like.
